Stamp Club – October

I get in such a rut of creating cards….I forget to do 3D items, so for club this month, we did 3 cards and a cute box to store them in.  This would be a great gifty idea for the holidays!  Everyone needs cards, right?

Here is what we created:

Stamp Club- August

It’s the end of summer and we are starting our new fall/winter stamp club!  Club members meet once a month to make FREE projects – in turn- they place a monthly order and take turns being the hostess!

This month, we focused on our special set- Thoughtful Branches!  All cards were created using this set because it’s soooo versatile!

I borrowed this idea from Patty Bennet

unnamed (2)

This idea was from DO Stamping with Dawn

To create the curved white layer…simply lay a paper plate on the card stock and trace with a pencil.  Cut with scissors and adhere to card.
I forgot to add layering circles in the “recipe.”

I also removed the leaf on the right side and attached it to the left side of the stem.

This idea was from Kay Kolthoff

I really do love this set….so much fun to play with!  It will be around until August 31st, so grab yours today!

I am loving this die!  It’s a little work….but so worth it!  Be sure to use the precision plate to get the best results with ultra detailed dies!  The die brush also comes in handy to remove all those tiny pieces!!  And finally- fine tip glue is a must!

Stamp Club- May

Hey stampin’ friends…..we made some fun cards at Stamp Club this month!  If you missed playing with us, here are our creations:

I had originally planed a tone of black on black with this card.  I stamped the triangles from Dotty Angles in black on the black cardstock.  I looked super cool, but when I looked at it the next day, the black ink had absorbed and you could barely see it.  For club, we embossed the black piece with the Triangle embossing folder and it looked much better!

This piece of gorgeousness was copied from my gal, Debi Calandrelle…thanks girlfriend!

I had a friend from Grove Library approach me to help her with invitations to their annual Volunteer Luncheon.  She said their theme was a tea party and did we have anything that might work!  Hello….do I ever!  This is the invite we came up with and by special request, we recreated it for club this month!

Thanks for stopping by and visiting!

Stamp Club- April
