Think Spring Stamp a Stack

Ask your demo for your packet.   Our next event is our Retirement Party in May…there better not be snow on the ground for that one!

Holiday Stamp a Stack

We held our annual Holiday Stamp a Stack on October, 17th at Norlo Community Center.  As always, we had a very good turnout….I’d say around 30?  It was a nice, peaceful afternoon of stamping, chatting and snacking.  Of course, we had doorprizes and fabulous displays.  I do have to thank my down line: Heather and Mandy for working with me to put on a great event.  And, I can’t forget my fabulous customers who were make n take helpers:  Muriel and Teresa.

Here are the cards we made that day.  Each person made 3 of each project, so they left with a “stack” of cards…..ready to sign and send!

This card is mine:  It uses Welcome Christmas set and Teahouse background.  The colors are Early Espresso and Very Vanilla.  It’s a very quick, simple yet elegant card.  To BAM is up a bit, you could layer a strip of our crocheted ribbon over the espresso ribbon and tie a knot with an antique brad in the center.

This is mine as well….I apologize for the picture.  It’s a tad blurry.  It uses Not Quite Navy and Baja Breeze cardstock.  The Northern Flurry embossing folder from the holiday mini was used for the embossed snowflakes.  I added white taffeta ribbon and some rhinestone “bling” to the snowflake centers.  I stamped the saying from All Holidays and punched out with our 1 3/4 circle punch, then layered that on a piece of brushed silver punched with our new XL decorative label punch from the mini as well.   Again…cute and quick.  To BAM it up a bit, you could spritz it with Vanilla Smooch…..love a little shimmer.

This is Mandy’s…..it is Night of Navy and Whisper White cardstock.  She tore strips of white and sponged with navy ink to make it look like snow.  The card is embossed using the Perfect Polkdots embossing folder.   The snowman is from Tags til Christmas.  The sentiment is from Seasonal Sentiments- both in the Holiday Mini.

Another of Mandy’s.  She used Bravo Burgundy and stamped images on the background using Bells and Boughs from the mini.  The designer paper is Deck the Halls and the sentiment is from Angelic Joy.  She stamped the poinsettia and spritz with shimmer paint/alcohol mixture, so there is some glitz to this one and finished it off with vanilla ribbon.

This is Heather’s creation.  She used Riding Hood Red cardstock, Naturals Ivory and Old Olive.  The stamp set is Holiday Happiness (in the big catalog)  The designer paper is from Jolly Holiday and she topped off the tree with a bling brad.
