Time for our annual team event…..another wonderful MOOvelous Stampers Think Spring event in the books!

One of my favorite events of the year…..my team comes together for a wonderful day of stamping and fellowship! We create 10 holiday cards for you to make n take, displays, door prizes, snacks and fun! I had many texts and emails after the event, telling me….best one yet! There are 2 reasons for that: Stampin Up has awesome products and I have an awesome team! We never meet to plan…it’s all done via email. They are so great at coming up with ideas you’ll love and doing what needs done. We show up that morning and it all falls together! Love them so much! And they love planning a fun event for you! See you again in February for another stamping day!

Spring IS coming! You can tell because it’s the end of February and it’s in the 70’s here in Pennsylvania! Plus, my team and I held our annual
“think spring” event at our local community center- norlo park.
It was a big turnout…lot’s of stampers, lots of cards, lots of helpers….lots of food and fun! I really wish I would remember to take pictures! Thank goodness some of my girls do!
One of Kay’s girls one a raffle prize….I ran over to their gathering to deliver it! I felt like Ed McMahon showing up with a million dollars!
Congrats to Mary Newell!!! And Eileen Ahearn…I didn’t deliver her goodies yet!

Now, my card with the flowers didn’t include the thread….I totally forgot to add it! Oops!!! Now, you all know my secret!
Here is a different version of my “sexy lady” card:
I stamped her on a piece of Carried Away designer paper and cut her out and glued over top of her already stamped on the whisper white piece. Same card, different look.

My team and I held our annual Holiday stamping event at Norlo Park on October 22nd. It was a complete sell out!!! What a great day to stamp and get in the Christmas spirit!! We’ll be doing this again in the spring! Hope to see you then!

What an amazing day! My team put together an awesome event at Norlo Park (I know, I’m biased…I love my team!). We wanted to jump on board with Shannon West’s movement to bring birthdays back! If you aren’t familiar….Shannon is an employee at Stampin’ Up! In early January of this year, she made a comment that Facebook seems to be hurting birthdays…yes, we receive tons of virtual wishes, but we aren’t taking the time to send a card with a handwritten note! She said that the hand written note from your friends/family is like a gift itself, and I think that is so true. So she said, she was “bringing birthdays back” (coining the phrase from a Justin Timberlake song) and then asked anyone who would like a birthday card on their birthday to comment on her facebook page. Well….little did she know a new movement was born! Shannon carved her very own #imbringingbirthdaysback stamp and got to work making cards for over 1500 people all over the world!!! Demonstrators world wide felt exactly what Shannon was saying…and we got to work sharing this idea with our customers! Let’s send birthday cards, you guys!!! It makes people feel so blessed!!! In the meantime, Stampin’ Up! jumped on board and manufactured Shannon’s hashtag stamp! It can be yours for only $7.00, so if you’d like to add one, please let me know. Now, the amazing thing is this…..google #imbringingbirthdaysback and you’ll see TONS of cards/posts/images etc as we’ve all started using the hashtag which links everything together!
My team wanted to hold an event as well and celebrate all of our amazing customers, so our birthday bash was born! We even sang happy birthday to ourselves and had some delicious cake!
I know I had a great time and I am sure we’ll do it again next year!
