We are still running our Paper Pumpkin special until September 10th! What a great time to try it out…..and I have seen a sneak peek of August (so if you sign up by August 10th) you won’t miss it! Two months for the price of one! That’s only $9.97 per month! If you’d like to check it out, let me know!
As part of being a Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you get little perks along the way…from me!
One of them is a free gathering….we just had one in July and here is what we made:
I try to use colors and sets that you’ve already received in past kits (speaking of which….did you know that as a subscriber, you can buy past kits? We have full kits if you see one you love and never received….and refill kits that have everything except ink/stamps)
set: flower patch, happy birthday is from the Father’s Day kit, work of art
ink: crushed curry, pear pizazz, rose red, memento black
paper: whisper white, rose red
accessories: rhinestones, flower frenzy framelits, popdots, lost lagoon marker
**to create the ombre look…ink the bottom line on the zig zag stamp with lost lagoon marker and stamp off on scrap paper, ink up the middle line with lost lagoon marker and stamp off on scrap paper (do nothing to the bottom zig zag line!), ink up the top line with the lost lagoon marker and stamp on your cardstock.
stamp set: from the welcome paper pumpkin kit, tag it
ink: wild wasabi, crumb cake, lost lagoon, hello honey
paper: crumb cake, very vanilla, early espresso
accessories: sponge, linen thread, decorative label punch, extra large oval punch, rhinestones
used the tags from the Mother’s Day kit
stamp set: various sets from past kits, metro alphabet
ink: island indigo, daffodil delight, real red, melon mambo, pumpkin pie, rich razzleberry
paper: island indigo, whisper white, daffodil delight, real red, melon mambo, pumpkin pie, rich razzleberry
accessories: 1 1/4 inch circle, 1 3/8 inch circle, cotton ribbon, popdots, simple scored
*To create this project: you’ll need 2 pieces of Island Indigo cardstock ( 3 x 11 and 3 x 4 1/2) Score the 3 x 11 on the long side at 2 1/4, 4 1/2, 6 3/4 and 9. Score the smaller piece on the long side at 2 1/4. The long strip will have a “box” that is a tad smaller, this is where you attach the smaller strip to make it long enough.
