Easy Holiday Treat Box Tutorial: A Fun Thanksgiving Eve Craft Break

If you’re craving a tiny moment of calm before Thanksgiving kicks into high gear, you’re in the right place.

The day before Thanksgiving can feel like a whirlwind — prepping food, cleaning the house, juggling family plans, and wondering whether grocery stores are still open for that one thing you forgot. That’s exactly why I love carving out a few minutes for something creative and fun.

Today, I’m sharing a super cute, easy-to-make holiday treat box you can whip up in minutes. It’s the perfect little project if you need a break from the kitchen or want something festive for place settings, neighbor gifts, or teacher treats.

  • Cut 2 banners from the Party Banners Dies (measures 4 3/4 wide at the base)
  • Score flat base at 1 inch

  • Score short side at 1 and 5 1/2 inches
  • Score long side at 4 and 5 inches (cut flaps and fold to create box)
  • Cut DSP 4 x 4 for front/back of banners
