Bras for a Cause
November is here….and even though breast cancer awareness month is over….it’s always foremost in our minds! This year, I participated in Bras for a Cause based out of Waynesboro, PA. We collected new and gently used bras for local women. We donated 20 bras. I heard from the chair today…..
“Thank you for all the donations and publicity. We collected 1056 bras this year. All donated bras were sent to Waynesboro Human Services. $1600 raised from our sponsor will be used to help women in Waynesboro battling breast cancer.”
Wanted to make sure that you knew….we had an impact for local women…thank you!
We’ll be doing it again next year!
