Technique 8 and 9
Amy Hoffman wow’d me with this one. I’m still not 100% sure how she did it!
Versamark Resist:
1. stamp image in desired color in classic ink on glossy cards stock
2. color area in and around images that you want to remain white with a versamarker
3. sponge or brayer classic ink over image
4. buff versamarked area with a tissue to remover ink and reveal “resisted’ areas.
This is mine: Frosted Acetate
run a piece of acetate (overhead transparency) through your big shot with the snow burst embossing folder. Sand the raised edge with a sanding block to give the snowflakes a frosted appearance.
The snowflake is punched out of our silver glimmer paper and then colored with a more mustart marker to give a champagne color.
Hope you’ve enjoyed all these fun techniques!
