Every year, for….I don’t even know….maybe 12 or 13?  I have a stamp our breast cancer event.  It’s very small and intimate.  I designs some cards and ask you all to stop in and help assemble them.  We then donate all the cards to Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance to use for folks going through treatment for breast cancer.  It seems like such a simple thing…but those cards mean a lot to many people.  And the fact that we are creating them, touching them, putting a piece of ourselves into them…well….that’s a powerful thing!

Here is what we created this year:

We used the Ribbon of Courage set designed by million dollar achiever, Patty Bennett.  I love the ribbon, the sentiments, the font…just makes everything come together.  This set is a keeper!!!

We also used all shades of pink I could find- from Powder Pink to Flirty Flamingo to Blushing Bride and even Rose Red.

I received a message from CVBCA to let me know how much they loved and appreciated our cards!

Thanks to April and her daugher, Reece, Mary Catherine and Lisa for joining me to assemble cards!

Happy Stampin’
