Woooo Weee! WOW was amazing this month! I found some great ideas on Pinterest and ran with it! Here is what we created!

Might have to do a video on this one too! To create the “puffy” balloons- place them “front” side down on the stampin’ pierce mat and rub the back with the rounded end of the aqua painter. This will break the fibers a bit and make them a little puffy. Then, sponge the edges very lightly with Early Espresso ink to add a little dimension. Attach to card using dimensionals. To create the bows, diecut the small bow from the mini treat bag thinlits. Use 3 full bows and the loops from 5 other bows. Attach together with glue dots. To view a video tutorial: CLICK HERE
